Account Deletion

Users may permanently delete their FixTips account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Sign in to your FixTips account.
2. Open Account Settings.
3. Navigate to the Account section.
4. Click "Delete Account".
5. Confirm the deletion request.

What Happens After Deletion

When an account is deleted:

• Personal profile information is removed.
• Authentication data linked to Facebook Login, Google Login, and email authentication is removed.
• User preferences are removed.
• Associated personal data is deleted or anonymized where required.
• Some records may be retained when required by law, fraud prevention, accounting, security, or legitimate business obligations.

If you cannot access your account, you may request account deletion by contacting:

Include the email address associated with your account.

Certain records may be retained for a limited period when required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security investigations, or enforcement of our Terms of Service.
